While the Quiche Lorraine is baking... let's have Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Let's start with learning Cooks Illustrated's Foolproof Pie Dough - tender, flakey, tasty. Make enough for 2 pie shells and take them home. Then begin with one of our pre-baked pie shells, assemble and mix the Lorraine ingredients, and put it in the oven. While it bakes and cools we'll make and enjoy the best Eggs Benedict. Crisply toasted English muffin topped with Garlic Butter and melted Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Real Ham Sliced and Browned. Top that with an egg Poached in Beef Broth; and, top that with Luxurious Buttery Lemony Hollandaise Sauce with a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika.
